Description

Schrenki x Dauricus is the rising star of caviar, with its large, Beluga-like grains and a range of colours from grey to amber.

Its melt-in-the-mouth texture and visual brilliance seduce connoisseurs, while its delicate aromas of hazelnuts and roasted almonds offer a perfectly balanced taste experience.

It comes from a species of sturgeon carefully bred between the Acipenser Schrenkii and the Huso Dauricus sturgeon, both of which originate from the River Amur in China.
