INGREDIENTS:
➢ Smoked sturgeon
➢ 10 cl sour cream
➢ ½ butternut squash
➢ 5 potatoes
➢ 1 clove of garlic
➢ Salt
➢ Pepper
STEPS :
STEP 1
Peel and cut up the squash and potatoes.
STEP 2
Put the squash and potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
STEP 3
Heat over low heat for about 15 minutes until the potatoes and squash are cooked.

Meanwhile, cut the garlic into very small cubes.
STEP 5
Arrange the slices of smoked sturgeon on a plate.

Return to your vegetables, once cooked, mash them up, and season with salt and pepper.

Add some sour cream for a better consistency.

Add the purée to your plate next to the smoked sturgeon and garnish the dish with your garlic squares.
