Description
Caviar Ossetra/ Oscietre is a product for amateurs of caviar with character because its taste is more pronounced than that of Baerii caviar.
Produced in the South-West, in the Aquitaine region, this caviar comes from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii which produces its eggs at only 10 years of age… An exceptional caviar because of the colour of its grains which vary from amber to dark brown. On the palate it is characterised by its long finish and its hazelnut notes.
To be enjoyed on its own or on blinis with a touch of sour cream, it goes perfectly with a dry white wine, brut champagne or vodka.
